Will Fotsch is the Vice President of Restaurant Evolution (REV) at Taco Bell, where he leads the brand’s efforts to revolutionize restaurant operations and futureproof more than 7,500 locations. Under his leadership, REV is driving the next evolution of Team Member ease, utilizing new technologies and tools to free up time and attention in restaurants, enabling Team Members to elevate the Guest experience and improve unit economics. REV works cross-functionally and with the Franchisee community to commercialize efforts system-wide, ensuring the brand has the operational capacity to achieve its bold growth ambitions.

Will joined Taco Bell in 2021, and before founding REV, he built out the Global Strategy function, aligning the Executive Team towards a shared brand vision and actionable strategy. Prior to Taco Bell, he held leadership roles at Avis Budget Group, Kantar, American Express and BCG. Will earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. He lives in South Orange County with his wife and three children.
