Jeff Stone is the Vice President Contact Center Solutions at Discover and is responsible for the products and capabilities that support more than 100M annual customer engagements and enable our front-line agents to deliver relationship building, award- winning customer experiences every day. Jeff joined Discover in 2009 and has held various roles within Business Technology, Customer Service and Engagement, and Operations Shared Services including leading the transformation of our contact center technology and agent ecosystem, the introduction of AI into our digital and voice contact channels, and our digital servicing strategy across 1st and 3rd party channels including our website, mobile app, Apple Business Chat and social media.
