Manager, Operations – Contact Center Technology, PSEG

Vince Blenx has 25 years of technology experience in the utility space. He has been the manager of contact center technology operations since January 2021. Mr. Blenx joined PSE&G’s Customer Solutions team in 2018 to lead the contact center’s technology transformation.

Mr. Blenx spent 7 years in Information Technology managing teams in both operational and project functions. He and his teams supported multiple business functions including outage management, contact center, fixed asset accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and document management.

Prior to joining PSEG, Mr. Blenx spent 11 years in IT consulting with a focus on utilities. He held positions of increasing responsibility from software developer to leading projects and teams across functional areas including large customer billing, energy trading, renewables and energy efficiency, electric, and gas.
